EMBLEM
A caricatured yellow bull dog, jowls pink, in fighting stance with look of
ferocity on face, wearing a brown aviator's helmet, blue goggles, red and
white striped scarf about the neck, a blue jersey studded with white stars,
red boxing gloves with white lightning flash on each, red trunks, white rolled
socks, blue shoes with white star on toe of each shoe, all casting a light
turquoise blue shadow to dexter base. (Approved 18 Jun 1943. )
